Ingredients

chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

green onions, sliced

snow peas, julienned

bean sprouts

mushrooms, thinly sliced

soy sauce, low sodium
2 Tbsp
ginger, freshly minced
1 Tbsp
oil
1/2 tsp
sesame oil, optional
1/3 c
lemon juice

garlic clove, minced

watercress bunch

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the chicken, green onions, peas, bean sprouts and mushrooms in a large bowl.

Combine the soy sauce, ginger, oil, sesame oil, lemon juice and garlic and toss with the chicken mixture.

If desired, transfer to a bed of lettuce on a serving platter and arrange watercress around it.
