Copycat Wendy's Chicken/Pecan Salad

gaynel mohler Recipe

By gaynel mohler gaynel

I don't know if Wendy's still serve this, but the spring of 2010 I got hooked on them, and with them costing almost $5 each I thought I'd better start making my own. As a matter of fact I ate them as my evening meal almost daily and lost alot of weight. I buy a pomegrannette/blueberry vinegarette dressing to use on it. Wendy's uses a Marzetti brand, but it is under contract with them, so it is not sold to the public, or wasn't at the time

my sister had gotten me hooked on an asian chicken and I think it had almonds and mandarin oranges in it, when she was sick and in hospital she would have me stop there and get us a salad for our lunch and I would go have lunch with her every day, it was the only thing she would eat

Yes, their salads are great there, always fresh and great combinations. I could never try any others cause I was stuck on these LOL
their new berry one doesn't look that good to me, not sure about blueberries in salad.
