Cin's "Chicken Salad"

This is one of the ways I like to fix Chicken Salad...or sometimes Tuna Salad.
I love sprinkling crushed frito's, tortilla chips or even potato chips on the top.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
(13 oz) premium chunk chicken breast meat (packed in water)
3 Tbsp
ranch salad dressing
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
2
boiled eggs (diced)
1/8 c
purple onion (rough chopped); i like the color but you could use chives if you
1/8 c
celery (diced); use the leaves too
1/8 c
bread n butter pickles (diced)
2 Tbsp
bell pepper (diced)
1/4 tsp
white pepper
1 dash(es)
sea salt
1 dash(es)
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
dill weed mix (i use pampered chef)
1/2 tsp
dry mustard (ground double superfine)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all together. Serve on-or-with Crackers, bite size Tostito's, Frito's Scoops...etc.
Or make sandwiches on bread with cheese slices, lettuce and tomato.
I even like to use large lettuce leafs and wrap-roll up.
We like this served with Bush's Steakhouse Grilling Beans.....yummmmmmmmO

P.S. Sometimes I sneak in a little more chopped boiled egg (I love boiled eggs).
No...I don't put in the whole bowl!!!!

P.S. This (my) photo is of Chicken Salad with Frito's crushed on top.

At times I grate an apple (usually a Granny Smith) and put in my chicken salads...also sometimes add in drided cranberries.
I love both Tuna and Chicken salads with fruit in them, it was a little trick my GrandMother taught me.
