I sometimes make this up to a day ahead as I prefer marinating the chicken in my own homemade Teriyaki Sauce and then tossing it on the BBQ just before. This is always good for BBQs and Pot Lucks and just plain good eating.

1head cabbage, shreaded

1 bunchcelery, chopped

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

2 pkgtop ramen (1 seasoning packet)

cooked, chicken

slivered almonds, if desired

toasted sesame seed, if desired
- DRESSING

1/3 csugar
-
1/2 colive or vegetable oil

1/4 crice vinegar

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspsesame oil
How To Make chinese chicken salad

1Mix dressing ingredients in a jar so you can shake it until sugar is broken down and it's not grainy.

2Toss all salad ingredients together and add dressing just before serving.
