1head iceburg lettuce torn

3 ozchow mein noodles

1 Tbsppoppy seeds

1/3 calmonds, toasted and slivered

1/4 csesame seeds, lightly toasted

3green onions, chopped with tops

8 ozwater chestnuts, drained and sliced

1/2 csalad oil
How To Make chicken salad asian style

1In large bowl, mix together chicken, water chestnuts, green onions, sesame seeds, almonds and poppy seeds.

2Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss gently to mix well. Refrigerate salad until chilled, about 2 hours.

3At serving time, mix chicken mixture with noodles and lettuce.
