- onion and chive cream cheese

- water chestnuts
- bunch green onions
1Open and drain chicken. Then shred chicken in a bowl.
2Chop green onion and water chestnuts then add to bowl. Add onion and chive cream cheese and mayo to bowl and blend well.
3Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for an hour and serve on mini croissants.
