- 4 or 5 sm chicken breast
- 3 stalks celery
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1/2 to 1 c cup red seedless grapes
- 1 apple
- 1 cup sourcream
- 1 + cup mayonnaise
- salt, pepper, ground comino, garlic salt
Season chicken with comino, salt, pepper, garlic salt, toss to mix seasoning.
Chop celery and apple into bite size pieces, chop onion into small pieces, cut grapes in half.
Combine chopped veggies into chicken.
Add 1 c sour cream and mayonnaise. Use as much mayonnaise as needed to coat all the salad.
Chill and serve with crackers or as sandwiches.

celery, dried cranberries, walnuts > great for guest on crackers
Another good combo is diced pineapple and dried cranberries
