We love this chicken salad. It's good as sandwich or on a plate with crackers.

4 or 5 sm chicken breast
3 stalks celery
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 to 1 c cup red seedless grapes
1 apple
1 cup sourcream
1 + cup mayonnaise
salt, pepper, ground comino, garlic salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil chicken breasts with salt and pepper until done, let cool to be able to cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Season chicken with comino, salt, pepper, garlic salt, toss to mix seasoning.

Chop celery and apple into bite size pieces, chop onion into small pieces, cut grapes in half.
Combine chopped veggies into chicken.
Add 1 c sour cream and mayonnaise. Use as much mayonnaise as needed to coat all the salad.
Chill and serve with crackers or as sandwiches.
*you can varying ingredients try using :
celery, dried cranberries, walnuts > great for guest on crackers
Another good combo is diced pineapple and dried cranberries
