This was a very large recipe that I got from a dear friend and I reduced down for my hubby. He really loves this recipe

Stove Top

Ingredients

2 lb
chicken breast
1-2 stalk(s)
celery
1/2 box
golden raisins
1/2 lb
seedless red grapes
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
few dash(es)
salt and pepper to taste
1 can(s)
or 30oz. crushed pineapple
24 oz
mayonnaise

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil Chicken Breasts until done. Let cool then shred. I use a food processor. for the chicken, celery and nuts. Also I quarter the grapes.

Mix all ingredients together and let set together overnight. The longer is sits the more it marinates the better it is.

Serve and enjoy. We like them on Crossants.
