BLT Chicken Salad

|8 c||torn salad greens|
|2||large tomatoes, chopped|
|1 1/2 lb||chicken, cooked and cubed|
|10||bacon strips, cooked and crumbled|
|2||hard boiled eggs, sliced|
|3-4 Tbsp||BBQ sauce, your favorite!|
|2 Tbsp||finely chopped onion|
|1 Tbsp||lemon juice|

This is one of my favorite chicken salads. It is versatile because you can use the BBQ styled dressing it calls for or a dressing of your choice. I sometimes like to use either Ranch or Greek Feta dressing. (This recipe came from Quick Cooking recipe books)
In a small bowl, combine the 5 ingredients listed under BBQ Dressing, mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Place salad greens on a large platter. Sprinkle with tomatoes, chicken and bacon; garnish with eggs.
Drizzle with Dressing or serve the dressing on the side.
My tips...as I said in my above comment, I sometimes just serve it with Ranch or a Greek Feta Dressing. I like to use cherry tomatoes and just cut them in half. Use as many eggs as you like...and I also like to add cubed mozzarella cheese. You can also use cooked and cubed turkey instead of chicken!
