- 1 lb
- ground beef
- 3/4 c
- 1 pkg
- taco seasoning mix
- tomatoes, chopped fine
- of a head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 pkg
- low-fat shredded cheese
- 1/3 c
- sweet salad dressing (such as vidalia, french, or catalina dressing)
- 1 small
- can of drained black, sliced olives, optional
1Cook ground beef until browned and add taco seasoning and water, cook another 10 minutes and cool.
2In a large bowl, add 2 tomatoes, chopped fine the lettuce, the shredded cheese and the sweet salad dressing.
3Mix all together and serve. Add sliced olives on the top for a garnish if desired.
