Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
3/4 c
water
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
2
tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2
of a head of lettuce, chopped
1 pkg
low-fat shredded cheese
1/3 c
sweet salad dressing (such as vidalia, french, or catalina dressing)
1 small
can of drained black, sliced olives, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook ground beef until browned and add taco seasoning and water, cook another 10 minutes and cool.

In a large bowl, add 2 tomatoes, chopped fine the lettuce, the shredded cheese and the sweet salad dressing.

Mix all together and serve. Add sliced olives on the top for a garnish if desired.
