Ingredients For taco salad

1 lbground beef
-
3/4 cwater
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

2tomatoes, chopped fine
-
1/2of a head of lettuce, chopped

1 pkglow-fat shredded cheese
-
1/3 csweet salad dressing (such as vidalia, french, or catalina dressing)

1 smcan of drained black, sliced olives, optional
How To Make taco salad

1Cook ground beef until browned and add taco seasoning and water, cook another 10 minutes and cool.

2In a large bowl, add 2 tomatoes, chopped fine the lettuce, the shredded cheese and the sweet salad dressing.

3Mix all together and serve. Add sliced olives on the top for a garnish if desired.
