one 8-oz. pkg. wide noodles

1/2 tsp. oregano

one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed

3/4 C. milk

1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, divided

1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 C. green pepper, chopped

1/2 tsp. garlic salt
How To Make russ's sicilian supper

1Brown meat, add onion, and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water, salt, and pepper. Cook wide noodles. Heat milk, cream cheese, and blend well. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, green pepper, and cooked noodles. Layer in a 9x13-inch pan. Put mozzarella cheese in middle and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
