Ingredients For russ's sicilian supper

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 C. onion, chopped
  • one 6-oz. can tomato paste
  • 3/4 C. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • one 8-oz. pkg. wide noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 C. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

How To Make russ's sicilian supper

  • 1
    Brown meat, add onion, and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water, salt, and pepper. Cook wide noodles. Heat milk, cream cheese, and blend well. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, green pepper, and cooked noodles. Layer in a 9x13-inch pan. Put mozzarella cheese in middle and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
