Ingredients For russ's mushroom sauce

2 Tbs. butter

1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced

1/4 C. port wine

1 Tbs. sour cream

salt to taste

pepper to taste
How To Make russ's mushroom sauce

1In a small frying pan over medium heat, fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes in the butter. Add the wine and turn the heat to high for 2 minutes. Lower the heat, blend in the sour cream and salt and pepper. Serve over pork chops.
