1lb Ground beef
1 lb (Farmland Brand) Pork & Bacon pork sausage
2 Extra large eggs (lightly beaten)
1/2 C Milk
3/4 Sleeve (Ritz) crackers (crushed)
1 Pkg (McCormick) Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
2 Stalks celery (diced)
1 Med size onion (diced)
2 tbs Butter
1/2 tsp Seasoning salt

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large mixing bowl, mix meats well, set aside. In a skillet over med heat melt butter; add celery and onions, cook (saute’) until onions appear glassy. In another bowl, add eggs, and milk, mix well; pour over meat and mix well with meat. Add Seasoning Mix to meat mixture. Mix well. Add celery, onions, and cracker crumbs, to meat mixture, mix well.Sprinkle Seasoning salt over meat mixture and mix well one last time.Place meat mixture in an ungreased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, press and shape mixture into a loaf.Bake in 375F oven for 1 hour 20 minutes or until cooked through.
