  • 1 1/2 C. Bisquick
  • 1/2 C. cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can beer at room temperature

How To Make russ's fish beer batter

    With a fork, mix together Bisquick and cornstarch. Mix beer and egg together. Add dry ingredients and let stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Dry fish before dipping into batter.
