Ingredients

1 lb. Ground pork
1/4 C. Buttermilk
1/4 C. Cheddar cheese, (grated)
2 Tbsp. Sage
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Make patties and fry, or use as you would any other bulk pork sausage.
