My Mom used to make this yummy custard. The flour settles to the bottom and creates its own crust. Easy and very good!

Loved it! Loved being able to throw it in the blender, easy clean-up. Added 1 1/2 cups large-shred unsweetened coconut too. yummmm

Hi Robyn. I made this with coconut variations suggested. The taste was WONDERFUL and rave reviews. Question- I am not really getting a "crust" on the pie and it is sticking to pan somewhat. What am I doing wrong? Or is this the way it is supposed to be.aybe I should try bisquick which would be heavier and really settle to the bottom?

Thanks so much!
Shannon
