Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
1 C. yellow cornmeal
3/4 C. all-purpose flour
1 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. buttermilk
2 eggs
6 Tbs. butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Mix dry ingredients, then mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9x9-inch casserole dish or an iron skillet. Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
