I started using this tip about 5 years ago.I love celery but rarely use it because my hubby hates most vegies.Now it keeps about 3 weeks in the crisper.

1 bunchcelery

1 lgpiece of aluminum foil,i use heavy duty
How To Make tip ,keeps celery fresher longer

1I remove or cut off any brown leaves ,stems or spots from the celery.

2pull out and cut off enough foil to cover the celery all the way around and about 3 inches past each end. Sometimes I have to cut 2 pieces depending on the size of the celery.

3Simply wrap the Celery in the foil being sure to cover it completely.Then I just store it in my fridg. I have had it last up to 4 weeks .It has worked great for me,I hope it works for you.
