I FOLLOWED THIS DIET AND IT WORKED FOR ME. I am not one to go on every diet I hear about, but this one was so interesting, and it included things I actually enjoy eating, so it helped me. Every year I gain 10 pounds and try to lose 10 pounds, each year it changes and as the years go by it gets more difficult to lose. We were going on a cruise, so I started this diet,Feb.1991, and in March we cruised. I lost 10 lbs. prior to that;however I gained back 5 lbs. on the cruise. Now whenever my clothing gets too tight around the waist, I know this will work for me. Walking two or three times a week helps me to maintain my weight also, if I don't want to diet.

Ingredients For super diet

  • BREAKFAST: BLACK COFFEE OR TEA
  • first day: 1/2 grapefruit,1 slice toast, 2 tbs.peanut butter
  • second day: 1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1/2 banana
  • third day: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple
  • LUNCH:
  • firsst day: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice toast, coffee or tea
  • second day: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
  • third day: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast.
  • SUPPER/DINNER:
  • first day: 2 slices any type of meat (about 3 oz.), 1 cup string beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • second day: 2 weiners (hot dogs),1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana,1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
  • third day: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/4 canteloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
  • DIET WORKS ON CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN AND IS PROVEN. DO NOT VARY OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOODS.
  • SALT AND PEPPER MAY BE USED BUT NO OTHER SEASONINGS.
  • WHERE NO QUANTITY IS GIVEN, THEREFORE NO RESTRICTIONS, OTHER THAN COMMON SENSE!

How To Make super diet

    NOTE 1: This diet is to be used THREE DAYS AT A TIME, NO MORE. In three days you will lose ten pounds. After three days of dieting, you can eat your normal foods, but DO NOT OVERDO IT. After your four days of normal eating, start back on your THREE-DAY DIET. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month--if you stick to this diet.
