Stormy's Notes:

Click on the picture to see the entire angel. These are so simple and pretty. It takes about 15 minutes including ironing the zig zags

Directions

1
Start by accordion folding the dish towel* and dish cloth* and folding the towel in half then add the dish cloth still accordion folded over the towel and pinch an 2 inch piece and tie a piece of jute there this makes the head. from the back secure the big fanned pot holder in as wings and tie well adding a loop so it an be hung up or added to a present easily.

Make a small card for your to and from inside. on the outside of the card write "Kitchen angel" You can name each one if you wish. I like them best colored or themed but have seen mix matched ones come out beautiful as well. This is an easy afternoon project.

*Note: The zig zags stay better and look crisper if you iron them in place.

This one the how to is wonderful but their pleats are rounded. still the colors are wonderful. Her arms are different and I think better as you can put something in her hands that way.

Sorry Joey I used zig zag and accordian interchangeably. Like origami fold a small part over then turn over and fold another part. you end up with an zig zga pattern or an pattern that looks like this (vvvvvvvvv)which, makes the pleats. Oh my now we have zig zag, accordian and pleats.

If you are ever in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Go in The Apple Cider Barn & you can purchase these angels there. All colors & you can match your angel to your kitchen decorations, for example Apples, roosters, bears, sun flowers & etc. A lot of the stores carries this item. Just simply beautiful. Check it out if you can. Thank you again Stormy for sharing.
