Directions
Fill your sink or a basin with white vinegar and completely immerse the cookie sheet in the vinegar.
Allow the cookie sheet to soak for one to two hours.Lift the cookie sheet out of the vinegar, but do not dry it off. Instead, sprinkle baking soda over the sheet.
Scrub the sheet gently with a very soft scrubbing sponge made for non stick pans, or a nylon sock. The baking soda and vinegar will create a gentle scouring paste. This should remove any left over residue.Rinse the cookie sheet thoroughly and dry it with a cloth or dish towel
Dry your nonstick bakeware after washing and place cardboard or a thin towel between pans to avoid scratching the coating.
The coating on nonstick bakeware and cookware can be scratched in the dishwasher. Wash your nonstick items by hand.

Holy Cow . . Filling a Sink with Vinegar is a LOT of VINEGAR. More than 2 gallons in my double sink. . .
and that SMELL would Be STRONG for Sure.
I have used SOS pads for Years on my pans that are NOT the NON stick kind.
The Real Secret to the NON-STICK PANS not Sticking is NOT to Wash your PANS in the DISHWASHER. . . it Ruins the NON-STICK FINISH, and they will FOREVER STICK after washing in the DISHWASHER. . . HONEST.
