My son had bad dreams as a small child..we don't know why..(I was one of "those mothers" who timed how much t.v.he watched, and what he watched.I read to him,we sang and played,so where the dreams came from we don't know.) But it would keep him awake sometimes for hours..so I invented "happy dream dust",and when he had a bad dream, out it would come..it really seemed to help..

put small amount of "happy dream dust" aka baby powder in the jar,and place on top of a dresser or night stand..when the bad dream happens break out the "happy dream dust" sprinkle over pillow and banish them away! {hope my son will remember this and pass it on to his children}..
