Kimi's Notes:

You will save on a lot of money using this household trick. Keeping the solution in a spray bottle labeled of course and a few old white washcloths or rags. We buy the white economical shop towels at the wholesale clubs. You get so many for next to nothing & you don't feel so bad when you through them away.

Directions

1
Spray solution liberally on stain. Lay clean cloth on top and iron till stain absorbs in rag.

I am glad I DO NOT have any carpet in my whole house.......all hardwood floors (my home is over 100 years old and has the original floors. We would never think of covering them up).

I don't blame you Cin...We have carpet and it is sea foam green...YUCK...we want to put wood floors in...we have tarazo under the carpet so we were thinking we might buff them up till we can afford to put down wood. It is a very nice brown color...tarazo was really popular in the 50's in Fl. Most houses didn't have A/C so it kept the houses cool. The carpet was here when we bought the house...really it keeps up well so it must have been expensive.

hahaha, when we bought our house, every room (except kitchen and bathroom) was covered with 'the seafoam carpet' (old dirty and ugly)......first thing we did was rip it all out and when we got it pulled-up the foam-pad layer under it was dissinagrated, nothing left but dust. What a mess, dust in every nook an cranny!!!
We refinish the original wood floors, and have been happy without carpet.
