How To Make appetite suppressant inhaler

1Using a 1/2 oz bottle or jar fill with a cotton ball. Add essential oils and recap.

2Open cap and breath deeply when you feel your appetite is out of control.

3This can be refilled by adding more essential oils as the scent fades.
