Summer Suet is pretty much like the Winter though it is more nuts and berries, seeds, millet if you like.

Ingredients

3 c
yellow cornmeal
1 c
all purpose flour
3 Tbsp
baking powder
2/3 c
cooking oil
3 1/2 c
soy milk
1/2 c
nuts (seeds, millet optional)
2 Tbsp
cayenne pepper
1/2 c
dried currants

Step-By-Step

1Mix together the cornmeal, flour, and baking soda. Whisk in the oil
and soy milk. Stir in nuts, cayenne, dried currants.
2Pour into an oiled 13x9x2"
pan and bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into 6 suet feeder sized pieces. Suet can be stored in a freezer
