| 8 Tbsp | gelatin powder |
| 1/2 c | juice |
| 2 Tbsp | honey (optional) |
| vitamin of your choice, vitamin c, multi vitamins, probiotics, magnesium or whatever |

Directions
Over medium heat, whisk together the juice, honey and gelatin. Make sure they get fully combined, and then continue to warm the mixture until the gelatine dissolves completely - You're aiming for a thick syrup consistency.Remove from heat and stir in the amount of vitamins per day called for in the liquid vitaminsPour into your molds (or oiled dishes) quickly before it sets. Let set in freezer (apx 10 minutes.)
