8 Tbsp gelatin powder
1/2 c juice
2 Tbsp honey (optional)
vitamin of your choice, vitamin c, multi vitamins, probiotics, magnesium or whatever

Make your own gummy vitamins. The kids and adults will love them.

Over medium heat, whisk together the juice, honey and gelatin. Make sure they get fully combined, and then continue to warm the mixture until the gelatine dissolves completely - You're aiming for a thick syrup consistency.

Remove from heat and stir in the amount of vitamins per day called for in the liquid vitamins

Pour into your molds (or oiled dishes) quickly before it sets. Let set in freezer (apx 10 minutes.)

asking this to make sure I get it correct, if this has 4 servings and want to eat only one a day that means I should put in 4 days worth of vitamins, correct ???

GREAT...have gotten vitamin D drops that was suppose to have no flavor and lets just say they nasty, dont want to stop using them because I can tell they doing their job so this sound PERFECT for them...thanks

If I want gummies with only vitamin c, what is the amount of ascorbic acid i need in order to have a good and healthy amount of vitamin C in each gummy?
