10drops orange essential oil

6drops ylang ylang essential oil

How To Make aphrodite's sacred milk & flower bath

1While bath is filling, heat the milk in a saucepan (taking care not to boil it) and mix the essential oils into the warm milk.

2To use: Pour the milk and oil mixture into the bath just before entering and relax for at least 20 minutes, adding hot water as needed to keep the temperature comfortable.

3Light a few candles and add a fresh vase of flowers to attune with Aphrodite's energy.
