My Sister gave me this a very long time ago it was always fun for the kids to cut them out and decorate them and they really smell good.

method No-Cook or Other

Ingredients For cinnamon ornaments

  • 1 c
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    alspice
  • 1 tsp
    cloves
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 c
    applesauce

How To Make cinnamon ornaments

    Mix dry ingredience.
  • 2
    Add applesauce a little at a time(should look like play dough) if too dry add 1-2 Tablespoons more
  • 3
    Roll out 1/4" thick on. an ungreased surface use a cookie cutter to cut out.

    Dry on a level surface for 4-5 days. Makes 2 dozen decorations.(Make a hole in top with a sharp object for hanging.)
