I snagged this from the directions of another cosmetic recipe. I can't recall who I swiped it from, but I'll edit and fix when I have time to investigate. Haven't tried this myself yet, but I hope it'll help with my bags (packed for Europe, it looks like...).

Ingredients For under eye oil

  • 2 tsp
    sweet almond oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    jojoba oil
  • 3
    drops carrot seed oil
  • 2
    drops neroli

How To Make under eye oil

  • 1
    Mix well and store in a glass vial. Use at night and under makeup.
