  In a pint jar with a tight lid put the cornstarch, the fragrance oil and food coloring. Shake to blend the coloring. set aside. For the next three days shake well so the fragrance combines throughout. each break up any clumps. On the forth day in a fresh pint jar or two 1/2 pint jars layer the powdered milk and the fragrance and color infused cornstarch. Label and decorate as you wish. Little girls love this one.

  For a boy use a Green color and either Monkey farts fragrance oil or a lime scent. And call it either "Monkey Farts Milk Bath" or "Hulk's milk bath".

  To use shake well and pour in 1/4 cup into a bath.
