Negative Calorie Soup Recipe 1:
1 head green cabbage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 turnips, peeled and cut into cubes
2 zucchini, peeled and cut into cubes
2 cans green beans
32 ounces beef stock or chicken stock, or 16 ounces tomato juice and 16 ounces water
Combine all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil. Add water, if needed, to cover all vegetables. Reduce heat to a moderate simmer and cover. Cook about 1 hour, or until all vegetables are tender.

No comments on this yet? No way! I made this today (I am eating it now)...FANTASTIC! Although I do not believe in the whole "negative" calories thing, I do believe in eating healthy. This soup is great. I added mushrooms (not on the negative food list),spinach and green peppers. I wish I would have added MORE mushrooms and spinach. I also had to add a lot more water then listed to cover veggies (but I DID add more veggies). All in all I think this is a great recipe and will def be making it again!
