Had a lot of stuffing leftover from turkey dinner, so turned into cakes and served with aioli to change up the taste.

Pan Fry

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
prepared stuffing
2 c
shredded turkey
1
egg beaten
1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1-2 Tbsp
horseradish
pepper to taste

AIOLI

1/2 c
mayonnaise
3 Tbsp
bbq sauce
dash hot sauce
1/2 tsp
smokey paprika
2
olive oil

GRAPESEED OIL

for healthier frying

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all stuffing cake ingredients.
Shape into large meatball shape cakes. (Used icecream scoop)

Place back in refrigerater for 30 min.

Heat saute pan with grapeseed oil. (med high)
Place ball into pan and smash down to thickness you want.
Continue to cook flip and cook till nice golden color. (About 4-5min per side)

AIOLI
Blend or wisk aioli ingredients together.
