I think my grandmother Lillian got this recipe from Aunt Esther.It is a good way to use up leftover turkey.
peas, canned and drained( reserve liquid)
pimento (small jar)
reserved canned pea liquid and milk( to make 1cup
beaten egg yolks
salt and pepper
toast points or toast
1Melt Butter, add onion and cook until transparent. remove from fire (heat)add flour, seasoning, liquid and thicken by low heat. add eggs and beat in sour cream. add parsley,pimento,peas, and turkey cook for 3to 5 minutes on low heat. serve on toast.
