Turkey Links on a Stick

- 8 (6-8-inch) sturdy bamboo skewers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 c dry seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 t. catsup
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t black pepper
1Make a charcoal fire. Soak bamboo skewers in water at least 30 minutes.
Combine all ingredients;mix gently. Shape 1/4 c of mixture into 4-inch link;insert skewer. Repeat with remaining mixture and skewers.
Oil grill rack. Place links 4-6 inches from medium hot coals. Cook 9-12 minutes turning once.
Broiler Method: Place links on oiled broiler pan;broil 4-6 inches from heat 9-12 minutes turning once.
