I love Turkey burgers so much better then ground beef..

Ingredients

1 lb
ground turkey
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
red pepper flakes
1 tsp
dried minced onion
1
egg
1/2 c
crushed cheese flavored crackers or goldfish

Step-By-Step

1Preheat grill or pan.
In large bowl mix together garlic powder, red pepper flakes minced onion, egg and crackers using your hands form into 4 fat patties.
Place patties on grill for 7 min per side.
2If cooking on stove use med high heat and cook for about 8 minutes per side I cook a little longer to make sure they are cooked through.
3Top with swiss cheese and avacado slice and tomato.. Optional?
4Use less pepper flakes if you do not like to much spice.. Enjoy..
