Sue's StoryThis recipe is very simple not a lot of ingredients and not a lot of calories. It does have a lot of flavor that you will enjoy.
We always add shredded cheddar to the hot chili and some raw onion diced but it is optional.

green pepper diced
cans of kidney beans
regular size stewed tomatoes
bag of cheddar cheese (optional)
1Brown turkey burger pepper garlic onion fennel worchestershire sauce in a skillet or on the bottom of our chili pot.
2After it is browned if not browned in the pan your going to make the chili in transfer to chili pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Be sure to rinse the kidney beans.
3Add the additional spices listed and Simmer for 20 minutes.
4Serve in bowls and place cheddar cheese and onion on top if desired.
