Tangy meatloaf w/ pineapple preserves

This is one of my mothers recipes.
It was always one of my favorites when I was growing up.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground turkey breast or ground beef.
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1 large
egg
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1/3 c
ketchup
1/4 c
light brown sugar
1/4 c
low-sugar or sugar-free pineapple preserves

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray.
2In lg bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place mix evenly in pan.
3In bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar and preserves. Bake meatloaf 50 mins. 20 min before meatloaf is done, pour sauce over meatloaf.
