This is one of my all time favorite sammies. There is just something about smoked turkey that sets off the other ingredients.

Ingredients

*smoked turkey breast, sliced
**muenster cheese grated
**roasted tomatoes
**diced onion
**cilantro, fresh
**thai chili garlic sauce
**bread

Directions Step-By-Step

Slice tomatoes and roast in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.

Grate cheese, pick cilantro leaves, dice onion.

Spread some Thai chili garlic sauce on one slice of bread. Layer: cheese, cilantro, turkey, roasted tomatoes, diced onion and cheese again.

I used my George Foreman for this and set it between med. and high. Cook for about 5 min. or till bread is brown and cheese is melted.
