We made these to add to a garbanzo bean soup and they tasted great. You can adjust any of the seasonings to your taste.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground turkey
1
eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp
minced onion
1 tsp
minced onion
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
dried parsley
1/2 tsp
dried chives
1/3 c
rolled oats (coarsely chopped in food processor)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2n a bowl, place all your ingredients.
Mix them up!
3Form the meat into about 20-1" balls
4Bake them in your preheated 350 degree oven for 40
minutes.
5Freeze them for later, put them into any kind of sauce of your
choosing, or eat them as is!
