I HAVE BEEN MAKN THESE BURGERS FOR MANY YEARS MOIST N TASTY...I CHANGE UP BLUE CHEESE N MAKE CHEDDAR FOR MY DAUGHTER... STILL GREAT.

ground turkey
8 oz
mushrooms, finely chopped
1 medium
onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/4 c
blue cheese

Step-By-Step

1IN A LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER TURKEY, CHOPPED MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED ONIONS N SOY SAUCE. SEASON WITH SALT N PEPPER....refrigerate for 30 minutes (if time allows) form 4 burgers.
2PRE HEAT GRILL
3LIGHTLY OIL GRATE BY PUTTING SOME VEG.OIL ON A PAPER TOWEL N USE A PAIR OF TONGS TO MANUVER OVER HOT GRATE. PLACE BURGERS N COOK FOR ABOUT 8 MIN. PER SIDE. TOP W/BLUE CHEESE DURING LAST FEW MINUTES THEN ....ENJOY!
