How To Make kentucky hot brown bake

  • 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8" pan to prevent sticking.

Start layering your filling. Start with a single layer of turkey. Then a single layer of bacon, cheese, and tomatoes. Use a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture from the tomatoes.

Once you have a single layer of each, pour half the beaten egg mixture over the top. Repeat layering of each of your filling ingredients, but not the remaining egg mixture!
  • 5
Top with the second dough square. Then pour on the rest of your egg mixture.
  • 6
Cover the pan with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 7
Remove from the oven, take off the foil, and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
  • 8
Remove from oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.
