Ingredients

16 oz
ground turkey breast
1/4 c
whole wheat bread crumbs
1/4 c
crumbled feta cheese
1
egg white
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp
chopped fresh oregano
1/4 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Spray a lg skillet, place over medium heat. Mix all other ingredients in a lg bowl. Make 4 turkey patties.
2Press a thumb into middle of each burger. Cook patties for 5-6 mins per side.
