I love this casserole. It may be healthy, but it is still so yummy!

Ingredients

1 lb
ground turkey breast
1
onion, chopped
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1
1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
1
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 c
light sour cream
1 c
low-fat cottage cheese
2 c
crushed baked tortilla chips
2 c
reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-1/2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over med-high heat.
2Add ground turkey to skillet and cook until browned. remove from heat. Add onion, garlic powder, taco seasoning, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
3In bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese. Place 1/2 the crushed tortilla chips in bottom of casserole dish. Add enough turkey mix to cover chips. Cover mix w/ 1/2 sour cream mix. Sprinkle w/ 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered for 30 mins, or until cheese is melted.
