Divorce your depression through food!
You can counteract this by bringing on the amino acids!
Adding turkey, banana's & watermelon to my diet and a little all natural pill called "L-tyrosine" from the health food store. I went off my meds cold turkey (pun intended!) about 7 years ago and haven't looked back since!
If I ever get to feeling a bit depressed I load up on the turkey, banana's and watermelon again and I'm good to go!
