Dee Dee's Raid the Fridge and Pantry Sandwich

This weeks sandwich challenge required 5 items from the fridge and 5 items from the pantry.

This sammie turned out rather well if I say so myself.

sliced hickory smoked sun dried tomato turkey breast (or your choice)
potato salad
lettuce leaves
colbly jack cheese, slices
onion poppy seed ciabatta sandwich rolls (or your choice)
boscoli italian olive mix (this was in olive oil)
kosher salt
ground pepper
mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Ingredients from pantry.
The ciabatta bread can be a little tough, so I zapped it for abuot 15 seconds to soften it.

Spread mayo on bread, layer cheese, lettuce, turkey and potato salad, top with olive mix and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Mrs Dash.

Split it with a friend, this is a lot of sandwich!
