Ingredients For crockpot turkey breast

  • 3-4 lb
    fresh or frozen turkey breast (halved)
  • 1 can
    whole berry cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    apple juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamom
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground allspice

How To Make crockpot turkey breast

  • 1
    Place turkey in 5 quart crockpot. Combine all ingredients well. Pour over turkey breast. Cover & cook on low for 5 hours.

    When turkey is done. Prepare thickening sauce. Strain juices from turkey and combine with 2 Tablespoons flour & 1/4 cup cold water. Stir till thickened. Add a dash of browning sauce (Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master).

    Slice & serve. If wanted, during the last hour, your stuffing can be placed on top of the turkey & cooked.
