I'm a real fan of dark chicken and turkey meat. And I was feeling the season of Autumn. Therefore, bought some turkey legs and history was made. :) This simple, easy recipe smells divine in the oven and tastes the same way on your plate. Leftovers make an excellent turkey pot pie and/or sandwiches. Enjoy!

Have you ever had the urge for roasted turkey but didn't want to roast an entire turkey? Well, this baked turkey leg recipe is your answer. It's all the flavors you get from a whole roasted turkey, but you just get juicy dark meat. So easy to prepare, these turkey legs have the perfect balance of seasoning and a slight citrus flavor. The citrus seems to enhance the flavor of the meat. The skin crisps up perfectly too.
