Ingredients

4 c
cooked turkey , chicken, or ham
2 c
chopped celery
2 c
chopped seedless grapes
2 c
mayonnaise
1 c
almonds, slivered
4 oz
can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c
lemon juice
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
soy sauce, low sodium
1 c
wisconsin real cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c
potato chips, crushed or other chips

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 425^. Mix together the first 9 ingredients and pour into a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Cover with cheese; top with the chips. Bake for 15 minutes or long enough to melt the cheese and blend the flavors. Serve hot with cranberry relish and rolls.
