Ingredients For cheesy croissantwich

  • 6 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    rosemary sprigs, fresh, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 lg
    croissants
  • 4 Tbsp
    sun dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained & chopped
  • 6 oz
    brie cheese, spreadable
  • 6 oz
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz
    smoked turkey, deli-sliced
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp, divided (optional)
  • baby spinach, (optional)

How To Make cheesy croissantwich

    Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, rosemary & salt.

    Halve the croissants. Place bottom 1/2 of each on surface, cut side up. Spread 2 Tbsp of mayo mixture on bottom halves; top with 1 Tbsp sun dried tomatoes on each.

    Spread brie on top halves & swiss & turkey among the bottom halves. Top with remaining croissant halves, cut side down.

    Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add sandwiches. Cover; cook 2 - 3 minutes until browned. Turn sandwiches, pressing firmly with spatula to flatten slightly. Cover; cook 2 - 3 minutes until browned. Turn sandwiches once more; press with spatula again. Cook 1 minute; remove from pan. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
