- 8 slice
- ciabatta, thinly sliced
- 8 oz
- turkey breast, sliced
- roasted bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and sliced (any color)
- 6 oz
- provolone cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp
- extra virgin olive oil
1Assemble the sandwiches
2Brush the outsides with olive oil.
3Put them into the panini press
4Cook until the cheese has melted and the tops have grill marks.
5Cut them in half and serve immediately.
